Booking Policy – The Grantley Hotel, Alibag Beach

We at The Grantley Hotel, Alibag Beach aim to make your booking process simple, secure, and transparent. Please read our booking terms carefully before confirming your stay.

1. Reservation Process

• Reservations can be made directly through our official website, phone, or email, or via trusted booking partners.

• A valid ID proof is required at the time of check-in for all guests.

• Bookings are confirmed only after receiving a confirmation email or message from us.

2. Payment Policy

• To secure your booking, an advance payment (usually 50% of the total booking amount) may be required.

• The remaining balance must be settled at check-in or as per agreed terms.

• We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and online transfers.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Free cancellation if made at least 7 days before check-in.

• Cancellations within 3–6 days of check-in will be charged 50% of the booking amount.

• No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or for no-shows.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 12:30 PM onwards

• Check-out: By 11:00 AM

• Early check-in / late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Group Bookings

• For group bookings (5 rooms or more), special terms and advance payments may apply. Please contact our reservations team directly.

6. Amendments to Booking

• Changes in booking dates or room types are subject to availability.

• Any price difference due to revised dates will be applicable.
